Transaction ==> Address Book ==> Merge Duplicate Organizations

Merge Duplicate Organizations

Merge Duplicate Organizations screen is used to merge the records of an organization that has been duplicated.

• Enter the Organization (code) you wish to keep in the first field
  

• Enter the Organization (code) you wish to delete in the second field
  

• Click Merge Records to merge all history for both organizations into one record
