Screen Name: RFQGRID
Function: The Quote Grid allows users to enter a date range and select other filters to view details about Quotes in a grid view. The quote number field is a drillable field, linking to the quote.
Contact Customer: Users can send a custom email to the contact associated with each quote. Use the select box to select the quote orders for contact, click the Contact Customer button, and it will cycle through Message Control. Once completed, the user can mark the quote as "Customer Contacted" by checking the associated column checkbox. Email Templates CONTACTRFQ or CONTACTRFQ-RFQTYPE can be used to default the email message.
