General Info
Default Menu Location: Transaction >> Importers/Exporters >> Address Book >> User Import
Screen Name: IMPORTUSER
Function: Import new users. This tool can also be used to create the User In Adjutant attribute.
Required Spreadsheet Format
To avoid any formatting issues, it is advised to save the spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel 5.0/95 Workbook Format.
Filters/Fields
File Name: The file being imported into Adjutant. Click the
Browse button to locate and select the file.
Map Fields: Click this button to map the column headers in the spreadsheet to the data fields in the Adjutant database.
Spreadsheet Explanation
Contid - Contact ID (keyno of contact)
Userid - Desired User ID
Password - Desired Password
Admin - Should the user be an Admin in Desktop (Y/N)
Defprinter - User's Default Printer
TUserid - Desired user ID for wireless terminals
Tupassword - Desired password for wireless terminals
Defloctid - User's default warehouse
Defcid - Default CID
Lang - User's default language
Active - Is this an active user (Y/N)
Dmenu - Default menu name
SMTPserver - SMTP server name
SMTPuser - SMTP User ID
SMTPpassword - SMTP password
SMTPdomain - SMTP domain
SMTPport - SMTP port
Reqlet - Require letters in the user's password (Y/N)
Reqnum - Require numbers in the user's password (Y/N)
Reqoth - Require special characters in the user's password (Y/N)
MaxLen - Max length for user's password
MinLen - Min length for user's password
Expin - Days for user's password to expire
Neverexp - Should the user's password never expire (Y/N)
Reusein - Allow the user's password to be reused in
XX days
Loafter - Lock the user out after
XX unsuccessful login attempts
Lofor - If the user is locked out, lock them out for
XX minutes
Forcechange - Should the user be forced to change their password (Y/N)
NoChange - Prohibit the user from changing their password (Y/N)
