General Information¶

Default Menu Location: Reports >> Item Control >> Stock Out Report

Screen Name: STOCKOUT

Function: The Stock Out report displays three different sections of items.

Section 1: The first section shows items that have an available qty less than or equal to a specified days inventory. These are items that you could potentially run out of in the number of days you specify.

Section 2: The second section shows items that have had a zero on hand qty for a specified number of times in a specified date range. These are items you might consider stocking more of so you don't run out so much.

Section 3: The third section shows items with a min qty of zero (assumed to never be kept on hand) sold a specified number of times. These are items you might want to keep on hand rather than buying them every time for each sale.

Stock Out Report

Fields¶

Owner: Inventory Owner

Whse: Warehouse

Item: Item Code

Date Range: Transaction date range for sections two and three of the report.
