: Reports >> General Ledger >> Trial Balance
Screen Name
: GLTBAL
Function:
Print the trial balance for a given fiscal period.
Trial Balance
Fields
¶
GL Period
: Select the fiscal year and period for the trial balance report.
Starting/Ending GL Acct
: Run the trial balance for a range of accounts, or leave these fields blank for all accounts.
Exclude Zero Balances
: Excludes account with a zero dollar balance.
Exclude Closing Entry
: Excludes the year-end closing entry from the trial balance.
Click the Export button to dump the report directly into Excel.
