General Information¶

Default Menu Location Maintain >> System >> Rule Maintenance

Function The WEBURLS rule links programmed processes and special features to specific Adjutant 2020 web links.

Rule Setup – Text Fields¶

Type (99): This is the system name of the programmed process.

URL (99): Enter the full URL of the web page it links to.

Link Text: Ener the URL text to be displayed in the email template. Default if empty is "Click Here to Pay". Currently only works for the ADJ2PAYINV type.

ADJ2REMOTE: This facilitates a limited access ADJ2020 page that allows specific task functions from email link shortcuts, such as completing or voiding a task directly from an email, without needing to log in.
