Function The MS Teams Task Xref (TEAMSTASK) rule controls the integration between Adjutant Task Management and the Microsoft Teams Chat/Messaging platform. Standard Task codes are linked to MS Teams channel codes with message text for the Teams postings. The rule also specifies when the integration takes place according to the tasks creation or completion.

Rule Setup – Text Fields

Standard Task (max 50): Enter the Standard Task code that should create a message in the Teams app.

TEAMCODE (max 50): Enter the Teams channel code that the message should post to.

Teams Message (max 50): Enter the message subject for the Teams channel message. The generated Teams message contains additional details from the task, such as customer and ticket number.

Status (2 char): Enter the status, either 'CO' for Complete, or 'CR' for Create that should send the message.

Active: Checking this box marks the integration message as active. Unchecking disables the integration.
