General Description

This tab displays all the shipping events associated with a project.

Fields/Filters



SE#: The number of the selected shipping event. Adjutant automatically assigns shipping numbers with the project number, a hyphen and a sequential letter (for example, "757-A"). The SE# also appears under the "SE#" column in the grid of Shipping Events, and the sequential letter appears under "Suffix".

Name: Shipping Event name.

ShipTo: The person or organization receiving the shipment. When you choose the Recipient from the drop-down menu, its address appears below.

Ship Date: Estimated date the Event will ship. Also appears under "Est. Date" in the grid of Shipping Events.

Cutoff Date: The date and time that no more Sales Orders will be automatically linked to the SE. This field is used for Delivery Routes and for reference when manually linking Sales Orders.

OnSite Date: The date which the contents must be on site (delivered and on site) by.

ShipVia: The method of shipping.

Carrier: Carrier associated with the shipping event.

Truck Type: Type of truck used for shipping.

Ship Whse: Warehouse that this will be shipping out of.

Estimated Value: Estimated value of the contents being shipped.

Estimated Weight: Estimated weight of the contents being shipped.
