General Info¶

Prompt 48 is used to produce items without a PWO. The input item must have the QUICKASSEM attribute, and the attribute must be filled out with what items to make.

Prompt Walk-Through (non lot-controlled items)¶

1. Enter the P Number/Item of the input item being used.

2. Enter the corresponding number of the item being produced. If the item to produce is not on the first page, press Enter to move to the next page. The number in parentheses after Quick Assem at the top represents the page number (up to 4).

3. Enter the quantity to make.

4. Hit enter to proceed, or enter "N" to make a different item from the list in step 2.

5. Hit enter if the amount shown is correct, or type in the correct amount if incorrect.

Prompt Walk-Through (lot-controlled items)¶

1. Enter the P Number/Item of the input

2. Enter the corresponding number of the item being produced.

3. Enter the number of lots you want to create of the item you selected in step# 1.

4. Enter the quantity you want to add to each lot.

5. If you can make another item from the input, you'll be asked if you want to add another output.

a. If you choose 'Yes', then you'll be prompted for additional items you can make. This will take you through steps 3 and 4 again for this additional output.

6. Hit enter to proceed, or enter "N" not make a different item.

7. Hit enter if the amount shown is correct, or type in another amount to override the displayed amount.
