General Info¶

Prompt 11 is used to update carton information such as weight, dimensions, etc.

Prompt Walk-Through¶

1. Scan or enter the Carton ID. (If the carton was 1837, Carton ID would be C1837).

2. Enter new Weight, or hit enter to skip.

3. Enter new dimensions, or hit enter to skip.

4. Hit enter if no repack is needed, enter 1 if repack is needed.

5. Select package shape from list of options.

6. Scan or enter location.
