Email Templates are messages which are sent internally throughout the company to all the departments and all personnel that are essential in completing a task. For instance, someone enters a project into the ADJUTANT, the information will be sent to all the resources that are required in completing the task. The templates can also be setup to send to the customers.
Template Filters
Template Name: The name of the template.
Subject: The Subject name.
From Address: The email address of the person who is sending the template.
Template Type: Select one from the menu options-
Organization, Contact, Task.
Data Source: Select one from the menu options where the data is stored.
