General Information
Default Menu Location: Maintain>> System>> Security Tokens
Screen Name: TOKEMAINT
Function: Create and maintain the "tokens" that control the set up of a users security profile. Security tokens can be as precise as an individual button or as large as controlling an entire screen or report.
Fields/ Filters
Token/Option: This Radio button toggles between the security set up for individual screens and the CID options for a user.
Token: Table name that links the security to the end user screens.
Token Group: When creating security profiles in the bulk security update screen the group pulls in all screens that are found within a module or user role.
Type: Defines which application the token applies too; Desktop, Webportal, warehouse scanners.
S1Txt: Additional security levels for a screen or options within a screen. Usually include; view, add, edit, etc.
Show Screens: Will display all of the screens that the token is located on.
