General Information

Default Menu Location Shift + F11 from the Sales Order screen

Function The Shift + F11 pop-up screen displays several key status event timestamps for the sales order record displayed.





Information Displayed in the Sales Order Status History screen

The Sales Order History display is accessed by pressing Shift + F11 from anywhere in the Sales Order screen. Each timestamp logged will show the date and time and the user name associated with the action. The most recent event will be listed at the top of the display with the oldest event at the bottom of the list. The following status timestamps are displayed:



Open / Reopened A timestamp will be displayed for the original open/create event, as well as any time the sales order is reopened.

Closed A timestamp will be displayed for each time the sales order is closed, either by completely shipping the order, or by manually closing the order.

Shipped A timestamp will be displayed for every shipping action and will also indicate how many lines have been fully shipped out of the total number of lines on the order.

Sent to Production A timestamp will be displayed for each time a Submit to Production process has been completed.

Voided A timestamp will be displayed indicating when the order was voided.



Additional Details

This feature will not display timestamp data for historical orders prior the April 2017 software release. The timestamp data will begin logging after the April 2017 release.
