General Information¶

Default Menu Location: Transaction >> Order Entry >> Sales Order Update Tool

Screen Name: SOUPDATE

Function: The Sales Order Update Tool allows you to update information on several sales orders at once.

Fields/Filters¶

Sono:You can enter a specific sales order to update;

Sold To:This will return sales orders with the specified organization listed as a Sold To;


Ship To:You can use this to limit results to a particular Ship To location;

SO Dates:Enter a date range to see only sales orders created during that time period;

SO Type: You can limit results to a particular type of sales order;

Project: This field allows you to only see line items linked to the specified project;

Warehouse/Plant: You can limit results to see only items coming from a particular warehouse or plant.

You can update the following fields directly into the grid at the lower portion of the screen:
