General Description¶

Reset RFQ screen allows users to reset the won/lost quantities on a customer quote. This is especially helpful if a mistake is made and the quote needs to be converted to a sales order again. If that's the case, you can reset the RFQ using this screen, reopen the quote in the Customer Quote screen, then reconvert it to a sales order.
