General Information¶

Default Menu Location Maintain >> Shipping >> Delivery Route Master

Screen Name DROUTEH

Delivery Route Master- Click for full size

Function The Delivery Route Master is used to generate shipping events.

Master Tab¶

Create shipping route templates with Route Name by entering time restraints, location and type of route.

Start Time Time loading the shipment starts

Cutoff Time/Cutoff Day Offset Sets the deadline of when an order can be added to a shipping event

Type Shipping Event Type defined by a rule called SE Type

Whse Warehouse that shipping event leaves from

Days Run Sets the days each week the event will take place.

How-TO Add shipping events¶

Method 1-By County

1. In the Counties Tab Select the counties desired on that route

2. Add counties to Current Counties list

3. Press the Process ShipTOs Button


Method 2- By Organization

1. Open the Organization's main page

2. Select the ShipTo attribute, and press Edit Attributes

3. On the bottem right of the edit screen select the desired shipping route for the Organization

4. Save ShipTo Information

ShipTos Tab¶

Shows a list of the shipping events that have be added to the shipping route

Route Generator Tab¶

Allows for shipping events to be created in advance

Counties Tab¶

Predetermined counties and territories can be linked to a delivery route
