General Information

Sales Order Configurator (SOC) report codes can be entirely custom, but there are some report codes that have been established as standards for use with various Adjutant features or Adjutant integrations. Below are the established report codes that have been reserved for special features and integrations.



Report Codes

A - Piece Mark or Panel Area: Used in MBS and other building order interfaces. Standard forms are coded to assume 'A' is piece mark.

B - Length: Length MUST always use report code B. Several Adjutant built-in features and calculations assume configurable length is defined in 'B'.

BU - Bundle Code: Used in Rollformer and other machine integrations to place items in the same bundle. Also used for shipping/packing forms and loading.

CAT - Category:

F - Feet:

GA - Galvanized:

GM - Gauge Material:

HC - CNC Hole Code:

HE - Height:

HL or TY - Hole Locations:

K - URL Frame:

L - URL Elec:

MC - M Code:

ME - Member:

P - Punch Code: Used in MBS and other building order interfaces.

PC - P Code:

Q or SQ - Square Footage: Used in MBS and other building order interfaces.

S - Roof Slope or Building Size: Used in MBS and other building order interfaces.

TR - Truck Code:

U - Color: Used in MBS and other building order interfaces.

W - Weight: Used in MBS and other building order interfaces.

Y - SSR Kips: Custom solution for one customer. Using this report code for other needs could have unwanted reflexes.
